BENNO NEELEMAN (1957) started his professional career in 1986. He has mainly worked in the field of Journalism, Travel- and Editorial photography. Since 1989 he specialized in Social Documentaries.

This image is part of the series "Faces of Turkana" that won a Documentary Award in the 2009 edition of the Chinese organized Humanity Photo Awards.
